ESTATES: We view estates on an individual basis and will give you a commission quote once we have viewed your estate. The commission and/or fees will vary depending on what you have, the quantity, the quality, and how much work is involved. Our consultation is free, and we are always happy to let you know what we can offer.

CONSIGNMENTS: If you would like to consign items to one of our auctions, our commission rate is as follows: Items or a lot selling for less than $20.00 is a $5.00 Fee, 30% commission for items selling at $20.01 and above, and 15% commission for any titled items, such as vehicles, boats, etc. NOTE: We like to offer our customers quality items and really try to encourage items that will sell for at least $20, therefore the $5 fee. If you have a $6 or $7 item you may want to have it grouped with another item to reach the $20. For items of Significant value, thousands of dollars, we can reduce our commission.

We do not allow you, the owner, to bid on your own lots! It is price gouging and it is illegal. We do allow a reserve on items you sell but only of $500.00 or higher, and our commission is 10% higher for items you consign with a reserve. You pay the final bid price commission rate if the item sells at reserve or does not meet the reserve.
