Online Auction Terms
and Conditions
Welcome to Tripp Online
Auctions. Please read the terms below and if you agree, then enter our
site area. If you do not like or agree with our terms, then please do not
enter as all terms and conditions will be enforced.
Everything sells as-is,
where-is with absolutely no returns or refunds. All items are described
and photographed to the best of our ability. If you are uncertain about an
item or need more information, then you need to come view it in-person.
Items may be viewed in
person at the auction location on the day of the online auction from 9:00 AM to
6:00 PM. If these times differ for some reason, the correct hours will be
posted in the Announcement portion of the Online Auctions category page.
All items must be paid
for and picked up during the specified hours posted in the Announcement portion
of the Online Auctions category page. If that is absolutely impossible for
you then you must call to make arrangements. If you fail to this, your
bidding privileges may be revoked.
We reserve the right to
retract, cancel, or reopen bidding on any item we deem necessary.
Online Auction items
may not be picked up during a live auction
By placing a bid on an
item, you are entering into a legally binding contract. All bids made within 5 minutes of the scheduled close of the auction will extend the auction close 5 minutes until there is no bidding activity for 5 minutes. If you fail to
follow through with this contract, we will enforce it to the fullest extent of
the law.
Placing a bid on an
item means that you agree to and will abide by all of the terms and conditions
set forth by Tripp Auction Services.
Every item sold has 6%
added unless noted otherwise or we have a valid copy of your sales tax license
on file.
Every item sold is
subject to a 10% Buyer's Premium. This 10% is waived for those who pay with
cash or check (there is a $25.00 fee for all returned checks).
Acceptable forms of
payment are cash, check, credit card, or debit card.
Any theft or violation
of the rules will result in immediate termination from our site.
